I haven’t received an order confirmation email. What should I do?

If the email has not come through to your inbox, please check your junk/spam mail. If the email is not there, please contact us on webenquiries@venicci.co.uk.

 

How can I get an update on my order?

If you have any queries related to your order, please do contact us on webenquiries@venicci.co.uk. Please include as much information as possible to help us understand the matter.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us on webenquiries@venicci.co.uk. to request for your order to be cancelled.

My order has been placed on pre-order. When can I expect it to arrive?

When you order an item on pre-order, the page will state when we expect to fulfil the order. If there will be any delay in delivering your Product, we will update our website to reflect this. Please note, if your order includes pre-order and in stock items, your order will be dispatched when all items are available.

Can I change my order?

Yes, as long as your parcel has not left our warehouse the order can be amended. To change your order please contact us on webenquiries@venicci.co.uk.

How long does it take for the delivery?

Delivery to most areas of United Kingdom take 3 – 7 working days.

 

The product I am looking to buy is no longer available on your website. Can I still get the item?

Whilst we try our best to ensure all products are available, some older models may be discontinued, and we may not stock the prams/items anymore. Our Venicci approved stockists may hold some stock for older models. Please check our stockists map to find your local Venicci stockiest. 
 

Are Maxi-Cosi car seats compatible with Venicci frame?

If you already have a Maxi-Cosi car seat and you want to use it again for your second baby then you can purchase Venicci 2 in 1 (without car seat) + Maxi-Cosi adaptors. Please bear in mind Venicci frame is only compatible with the Maxi Cosi Pebble, Cabriofix and Citi car seats.

Where can I go if I have a service request?

Venicci will serve you in the best way. Whenever you have a service request – under warranty – you can go to the retailer where the travel system was purchased. If the retailer cannot solve your issue, then they will contact us directly.
