You can return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
In case of a return of an unwanted product, the customer is required to contact service@venicci.co.uk. Please note the customer is obligated to cover the cost of the return.
Returned items must be in their original box and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and the original invoice with customer details.
If you cancel this Contract, we will reimburse you all payments received, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the standard type of delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any Goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
