1. Organizer of the giveaway

The giveaway is organised by MAGICBABY LTD located at Unit 7 Brookfields Way, Manvers, Rotherham, S63 5DL, United Kingdom. The giveaway is held on the Instagram platform.

2. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years old, residents of the United Kingdom, and have an active Instagram account, provided they meet the other requirements set out in the terms and conditions.
• Employees of the organizer and their immediate family members are excluded from participating in the giveaway.
• To participate, entrants must complete the following steps:

  • In the comment section answer the following question: Which colour would you add next to the Upline 2 collection? Share your suggestion and reasoning – the most creative and interesting response will win the prize

3. Giveaway Duration

The giveaway starts on 5th February 2025 at 10:00am and ends on 6th February 2025 at 11:59pm. The duration of the giveaway is based on the GMT/BST time zone.

4. Prizes

• The prizes in the giveaway are Upline 2 Taupe with Tiago 360 car seat and base. 
• The total value of the prizes is £1049.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties without the organizer’s consent.

5. Selection of Winners

• Winners will be selected from all valid entries.
• The results of the giveaway will be announced on the @venicci_uk Instagram story on 7th February 2025. 
• Winners will be notified via private message on Instagram. The winner has 7 days to respond and confirm the receipt of the prize.

6. Data Protection

• Participation in the giveaway is voluntary, but participants must provide their contact details (e.g., email address, shipping information for the prize).
• The organizer processes participants’ personal data solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and awarding the prize, in compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR).
• Participants have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data.

7. Final Provisions

• The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. Instagram is not responsible for the organization or outcome of the giveaway.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions, extend or shorten the giveaway duration, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond the organizer’s control occur.
